What should I expect in the first session? Your first session is an opportunity to discuss what led you to seek counseling and your goals, so a treatment plan can be tailored specifically for you.
How much do sessions cost? 50-minute sessions are $160. EMDR Intensives are available: 90-minute sessions at $250 or 120-minute sessions at $350.
Do you accept insurance? EMDR4Women does not accept insurance directly. Superbills are provided on request so clients can submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
